Our products are thoughtfully packaged with the customer's best interest in mind. We select the carrier for each order based on highest and best criteria. Expect 1-2 day processing on all orders placed during typical business hours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipping to other countries beyond the USA are being added as quickly as we can. If your delivery country is available, we will happily ship based on actual charges by carrier at checkout. Any additional duties & fees not charged or payed upon time of shipment, we DO NOT REIMBURSE OR COVER (each country varies so it's your responsibility to understand your county's regulations). We will ship to Canada using USPS First Class International.
Due to safety regulations per the FDA we do not accept open-item returns – unless damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact us immediately. We include sample sizes in every shipment so you can do a patch test to verify you LOVE your items before you open the full-size boxes.

Issues with a pump functioning properly?? Sometimes a tube inside the bottle can become loose. Open the top and re-secure the pump tube or cartridge and replace cap. Now things should flow perfectly!
